We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Manager to oversee the direction of subordinate staff in coordinating and managing various administrative activities for an organization.

Maintaining compliance with ISO-9001:2000 standards is crucial for ensuring the success of our organization. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate and guide their team members to achieve organizational goals.

In this role, you will also be responsible for fostering liaison and correspondence with government and non-governmental agencies, including labor departments and licensing bodies.

You will establish and maintain internal control safeguards to ensure accurate record-keeping and monitor the central filing system, coordinating data exchange, and tracking all correspondence.

Furthermore, you will maintain adherence to the Code of Conduct and Internal Control & Audit Activities.
