We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HR Systems Trainee to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate in HR or IT to work closely with our HR Systems Team and support HR operations through systems and data.

As an HR Systems Trainee, you will assist in managing our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and ensuring it remains operational. You will also provide backup support in managing and updating our HR System, as well as supporting data entry, validation, and audits to maintain data integrity within Workday HRMS.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain HRIS, ensuring its optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Provide backup support in managing and updating HR System, including troubleshooting and resolving basic user issues.
  • Support data entry, validation, and audits to maintain data integrity within Workday HRMS.
  • Liaise with the Workday Team to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless system operation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Human Resources (HR), or Information Technology (IT).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
Working Conditions

The selected candidate will be required to work Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
