This role is responsible for providing strategic leadership and support in human resource issues to ensure the effective implementation of organizational strategies and operational plans.

The successful candidate will be committed to delivering the organization's mission and vision, with a visionary, directional, and coaching style of leadership, upholding Islamic values in every aspect of their work.

Key responsibilities include developing a strategic approach to human resource development and management, ensuring that HR issues are given full consideration in all decision making, and upholding Islamic values within human resources policies.

Other key responsibilities include ensuring that managers and staff are aware of policies and procedures, providing support to managers on HR and organization development issues, and overseeing the implementation of HR systems and record keeping.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree, relevant experience in human resources, including policy and procedure development, performance management, management, and staff development, and up-to-date knowledge of Pakistan's employment legislation.

They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, being able to develop relationships with diverse groups and persuade and negotiate with people to ensure standards are met.
