
Human Resources Strategist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans and programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing human resources strategies that align with business objectives
- Planning, organizing, and controlling HR department activities and actions
- Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
Job Specifications:
- Designing and administering compensation programs that motivate employees
- Creating and revising job descriptions to reflect changing roles and responsibilities
- Analyzing and updating salary budgets to ensure competitiveness
- Developing and evaluating employee performance management systems
- Developing and recommending personnel policies and procedures
- Maintaining accurate records and reports on HR-related matters
- Providing benefits administration and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Maintaining affirmative action programs and promoting diversity and inclusion
- Conducting annual salary surveys to stay competitive in the market
- Overseeing recruitment efforts, including job advertising and sourcing
- Conducting new employee orientations and providing employee relations counseling
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Proven experience in human resources management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
