Job Title: Tech Operations and Administrative Lead

About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will oversee all IT operations including hardware, software, and network management. You will also manage administrative functions such as facility management, procurement, vendor coordination, and office upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all IT operations to ensure smooth system performance.
  • Manage administrative functions to maintain a well-run office environment.
  • Ensure data security, backups, and system performance.
  • Lead onboarding logistics for new employees, including accounts, equipment, and workspace setup.
  • Drive process improvements to increase office productivity and tech support.

Requirements:
  • 4-10 years' experience in IT and/or office administration roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on technical knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with cloud tools, networking, and basic IT security.
