Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to join our team as a Key Account Sales Professional.
Responsibilities and Expectations- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with existing and prospective customers in assigned territories.
- Promote our offerings through in-person visits and presentations to generate new sales opportunities.
- Analyze market potential and determine customer value to the organization.
- Resolve customer problems and complaints promptly and professionally.
Selling Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of securing orders from existing and prospective customers.
- A young and dynamic individual with a pleasant personality, excellent selling skills, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A valid motorbike/car license is required for regular travel between customers and other destinations.
- Knowledge and experience of gas and home appliances is an added advantage in this role.
Compensation Package
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary, including a basic salary of Rs. 30,000, fuel allowance of Rs. 5,000, and an incentive structure that rewards high-performing employees who meet or exceed monthly targets of Rs. 15,000.
