Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries promptly.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting rooms.
  • Maintain office supplies and inform management when inventory is low.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support (e.g., data entry, filing, copying).
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Evaluate visitor access and uphold security protocols.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is an asset.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A customer service attitude and team-player mindset.
