We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing sales to drive company growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and Pursue New Sales Opportunities: Utilize cold calling, networking, and referrals to identify and pursue new sales opportunities that align with the company's goals.
- Understand Client Requirements: Develop a deep understanding of client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions that meet their business needs.
- Conduct Product Demos and Presentations: Conduct product demos and presentations for prospective clients to showcase the company's products and services.
- Build and Maintain Long-Term Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to create effective proposals and sales strategies.
- Negotiate Contracts and Pricing: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully.
- Bachelor's Degree: Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 Years of Experience: Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT solution sales or B2B software sales.
- Strong Communication Skills: Possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrate a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Solid Understanding of Technology Products: Possess a solid understanding of technology products, software solutions, or cloud-based services.
- Ability to Learn Technical Concepts: Be able to learn technical concepts quickly and explain them to non-technical clients.
- CRM Proficiency: Possess proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
- SaaS Experience: Have experience selling SaaS, enterprise software, or managed IT services.
- Local IT Market Knowledge: Possess knowledge of the local IT market and key industry players.
- Travel Requirements: Be willing to travel for client meetings or events, if required.
