Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition specialist to source and secure top-tier technical talent for our technical functions. The ideal candidate will leverage the organization's competency matrix to drive full-cycle recruitment, ensuring alignment with business goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles, competency requirements, and hiring roadmaps
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
  • Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies through different platforms
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines through talent mapping, passive outreach, and campus engagement
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for end-to-end recruitment workflow
  • Ensure positive candidate experience and employer branding at every touchpoint
  • Collaborate with HR Analytics to track metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, source effectiveness)
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the talent acquisition process
  • Maintain market intelligence on compensation trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in technical recruitment
  • Hands-on expertise with major ATS platforms and HRIS integrations
  • Strong command of utilizing hiring platforms, candidate sourcing tools, and social recruiting
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in recruitment analytics and reporting
