To achieve career advancement, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities in the hospitality sector. Your primary objective will be to cultivate relationships with key clients, travel agencies, and partners to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pursue and develop business leads through various channels, including networking events and online platforms.
- Nurture and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other relevant partners to ensure long-term success.
- Create and deliver sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to secure new business.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets and contribute to the organization's overall goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials and campaigns that appeal to target audiences.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
- Foster exceptional customer service during the sales process and throughout the client's stay, ensuring a positive experience and driving repeat business.
- Analyze client feedback and communicate it to relevant departments to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on sales activities, progress, and projections for management review and decision-making.
Requirements:
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry is an advantage but not essential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively are necessary for managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment is essential for collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Results-driven professionals with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets are highly valued in this position.
- Familiarity with market trends in the hospitality industry is beneficial but not required.
