We are seeking a skilled Contract Operations Associate to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to work with contract data management systems, ensure accuracy and consistency of contract information, and provide excellent support to the contracting process.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date contract data in contract lifecycle management (CLM) system.">
  • Monitor and supervise data saved automatically into CLM system ensuring accuracy of data.">
  • Accurately input customer contract information into databases or software systems including details such as contract start and end dates, terms and conditions, pricing information, and any relevant customer details.">
  • Process all changes to contract data records in CLM system on contract status, including metrics such as renewal rates, contract value, and any issues or trends observed.">
  • Ensure all contract data is maintained with high levels of accuracy, consistency, and reliability, in alignment with company-wide data governance processes.">

Requirements:

">
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Legal, or related field is preferred.">
  • Experience in data entry or administrative role is required, with proven track record of meeting internal service level agreements (SLAs).">
  • Ability to handle data update requests promptly and with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.">
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in written and verbal English.">
  • Collaborative team player who is adaptable and capable of working effectively in dynamic environment.">
  • Desirable proficiency with contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms, and solid understanding of data management practices.">
