Responsibilities- Meet with clients to understand their needs and concerns, advising them on estate planning options and presenting strategies in a clear and concise manner.
- Prepare and review estate planning documents, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and expertise.
- Continuously update your knowledge of modern estate planning strategies and tactics, refining your skills to deliver exceptional results.
- Collaborate with our team to improve processes and procedures, driving efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of our practice.
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and a current license to practice law in the State of Alabama.
- A minimum of three years of experience in estate planning, or equivalent experience with negotiable compensation.
- An unwavering commitment to integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness, as well as a willingness to innovate and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in computer programs such as Word, Excel, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, and case management software.
$77,000 - $92,500 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
