- Email Management: Provide exceptional administrative support by prioritizing key messages, managing communications with discretion and applying a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Project Execution: Lead special projects from initiation to completion, applying expertise and a proactive approach to drive results.
- Relationship Building: Foster and maintain professional relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, promoting collaboration and open communication.
Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of six months of administrative or executive assistant experience, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Communication: Clear, confident and discreet communication style, both written and verbal.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and competing demands.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with technology and ability to rapidly learn new tools and systems.
