Human Resources Associate


About the Job:

We are seeking an HR Associate to join our Human Resources team in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will support seamless service delivery to clients with respect to utilities, housekeeping and responsible for billing and collection of rentals.

The role requires coordination with landlords of related premises for smooth operations of HVAC, Gen Set, Lifts and manage timely rental payments. Additionally, the candidate will coordinate with functions for audit field work which includes (SGP, KORE) to ensure compliances.

Key responsibilities include monitoring corrective action plans to ensure compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying and processing all utilities bills of related territories, uploading record bills of all suppliers and vendors of related territory for admin services and initiating and managing purchase requisitions related to admin services.

Candidate will also be responsible for close coordination with functions to arrange supplies including stationery items, entertainment and courier services. They will also close coordination with Central Com & Ben Team for employee attendance of respective territories and provision of related data information including overtimes details, loan application for salary advances and provident fund & clearances of outgoing employees.

Other key duties include record keeping & safe custody of admin related agreements and booking and payment processing of local & domestic travel tickets & hotel bills of CCI employees.
