Learning Development Manager

As a Learning Development Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the academic experience of our students. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement high-quality learning materials that cater to the needs of our diverse student population.
Key Responsibilities:- Curriculum Development: You will work closely with subject matter experts to develop curriculum-aligned lesson plans, assessment materials, and learning support resources that align with our academic goals.
- Training and Development: Organize and deliver training programs for academic staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in areas such as pedagogy, assessment, and technology integration.
- On-Job Support: Conduct regular campus visits to provide on-the-job guidance and support to teachers and students, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Professional Development: Guide teachers on best practices in paper setting and checking techniques, helping them to improve their craft and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- Student Engagement: Lead sessions with RIC Intermediate or Associate Degree Program students on relevant subjects, fostering a love of learning and promoting academic excellence.
Familiarity with learning pedagogy, Bloom's Taxonomy, and BISE paper patterns for Punjab, Federal, and KPK Boards is essential for success in this role.
