About the Role:- Main Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer support, handle after-sales issues, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Performance Objectives: Provide regular feedback to the Manager on customer responses for new products and service feedback, aiming to enhance processes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Quality Assurance: Supervise quality control for customer support and order fulfillment, working with the Manager to develop and implement new SOPs that enhance the quality of service and improve order fulfillment processes.
- Supporting Accounts: Responsible for checking accounts department related queries in detail to avoid any inconvenience.
Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor or Master Degree, minimum of 3 years experience in Customer Dealing on Social Media in the same title and position.
