
Advanced Technical Support Specialist

This role requires a highly skilled individual with a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 services and technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional technical support for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, including email deliverability issues, phishing attacks, domain management (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and security incidents.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve Microsoft Secure Score recommendations and enhance security posture.
- Collaborate with the helpdesk team to respond to escalated issues within defined SLAs.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on best practices for security, compliance, and collaboration.
- Maintain accurate knowledge base articles and provide technical documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 services and technologies to provide expert-level support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (desired).
- Minimum 3 years of Microsoft 365 support experience (managed IT services experience preferred).
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
- Expertise in Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Defender.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Knowledge of DNS management and email security best practices (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MTA-STS, BIMI).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
