Job Summary

The role of a Plant Technician is to maintain the operation of our power plant by executing maintenance work-orders, managing records, and coordinating with other departments. This position offers an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented individuals to contribute to the success of our organization.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain filing and recordkeeping systems, including data entry, editing, and retrieval.
  • Process various forms, such as claims, time sheets, and purchase requisitions.
  • Prepare letters, memos, spreadsheets, and agendas from instructions or oral communication.
  • Answer and route telephone calls, convey information, and respond to inquiries from staff and vendors.
  • Coordinate meetings and special events, including registrations, payments, and refreshments.
  • Review and maintain inventory of spare parts and consumables, prepare purchase requests, and maintain records.
  • Assist in preparing utility bills and carry out other assigned tasks.
Requirements
  • Preferably qualified graduate in any discipline, preferably IT or Commerce.
  • Minimum experience of 4 years in manufacturing or service-based organization.
  • Familiarization with asset maintenance management software.
  • Technical knowledge of Outlook, ordering, stocking, and distributing office supplies.
  • Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing and maintaining files, and maintaining general office tidiness.
  • Providing direct administrative support to department manager and possessing sound knowledge of Computer, IT-related software.
  • Good communication skills and understanding of safety, environmental, and operational standards.
