Responsible Plant Operations Manager

Efficient plant operation is crucial for environmental sustainability. The manager identifies root causes of operational problems and develops recommendations for resolution.

Maintenance and repair planning efforts are led with the goal of safe and technically sound accomplishment. Preventative and predictive maintenance programs are administered effectively.

Budgets for operating expenses are developed in collaboration with stakeholders. Plant operating practices and procedures are continuously reviewed and improved.

Scheduling personnel for 24/7 operation is ensured while adhering to collective bargaining agreements and licensing requirements. Local procedures related to safety, housekeeping, and maintenance are implemented and maintained.

Outside contractors' activities are coordinated. Daily operating logs, reports, and data are reviewed, and inconsistencies or problems are investigated and resolved.
