Job Description

Our ideal candidate will oversee the operational aspects of a manufacturing plant, ensuring seamless production processes and efficient resource utilization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising plant expansion initiatives, improving productivity, and reducing costs associated with production and procurement.

This role involves formulating strategies to enhance the productivity of teams under their supervision and planning their training requirements.

The Plant Operations Manager must effectively control wastage within the plant and ensure timely disposal.

Maintaining a clean and organized work environment is also an essential aspect of this role.

A key responsibility is to reduce worker turnover and implement targeted training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
