Sales And Recoveries Manager Role

As a Sales And Recoveries Manager at Classic International, you will play a key role in driving business growth through effective sales and recoveries strategies.

  • Focus on developing new dealers and clients in existing and new markets.
  • Ensure that sales teams have clear objectives and suitable strategies.
  • Generate strategies for growth in motorcycle spare parts sales turnover.
  • Prepare a detailed plan for collection and recoveries.
  • Establish relationships with collection agencies and lawyers.
  • Manage daily reporting to management.
  • Conduct training sessions for sales staff.
Key Responsibilities

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Achieving profitable results using available resources.
  • Managing the sales administration function, performance reporting, and streamlining processes.
  • Developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Promoting the company's presence throughout Pakistan.
  • Developing an annual marketing plan detailing forecasts, costs, and sales promotion plans.
  • Responsible for planning, recruiting, organizing, and controlling sales representatives.
  • Monitoring the performance of the sales team through reports and communications.
  • Implementing a specific appraisal system and observing representative performance.
  • Providing ongoing training for sales representatives to present products accurately.
