As a key member of the Human Resources team, this role ensures that all recruitment, transfers, promotions, regularizations, and salary revisions are aligned with HR policy and procedures.
Job ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will closely monitor vacancy factors to ensure minimum vacancies and maintain accurate records of employee benefits. Additionally, they will process monthly payroll in a timely and efficient manner, coordinating with regional schools and Central Office Finance Department as required.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll.
- Closely monitor vacancy factors and ensure minimum vacancies.
- Administer employee benefits according to HR policy and procedures.
This role also involves ensuring compliance of performance appraisals as per policy and procedures, maintaining accurate and timely issuance of letters to staff, and using standardized HR formats and letters. Furthermore, the successful candidate will be responsible for accurate and timely processing of final settlements, proper record keeping, and handling all HR related queries in the Southern Region.
Additional ResponsibilitiesThe incumbent will report incidents and misconducts to the Legal Affairs person of Central Office-HRD and ensure accurate and timely accessibility of data as and when required by management. They will also handle all internal and external HR related audit queries for the Southern Region.
Key Skills and QualificationsThe successful candidate will possess effective negotiation, communication, and drafting/writing skills, along with the ability to handle a team and expertise in MS Office and MS Excel. Additionally, flexibility in traveling to other cities is essential.
