Our organization is actively seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to spearhead outbound revenue generation for a rapidly growing B2B company.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving complete outbound campaigns targeting high-level decision-makers and ensuring seamless handoffs to senior closers.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive outbound campaigns targeting key decision-makers.
- Manage the entire process from prospect research to qualified handoffs to senior closers.
- Utilize provided lead intelligence and premium outreach tools to achieve aggressive revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize outreach strategies and results.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales or lead generation roles
- Demonstrated success in making cold calls and booking sales appointments
- Ability to effectively communicate with business owners and senior stakeholders
- Strong objection handling and persuasive communication skills
- Reliable internet connection, personal laptop or desktop suitable for the role, quiet working environment, and good quality microphone or headset
