We're seeking a seasoned revenue strategist to drive growth and occupancy for our short-term rental business. Key Responsibilities:
  • Pricing Strategy Development: Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies that maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing, market demand, seasonality, and local events to adjust rates in real-time.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage tools such as PriceLabs, AirDNA, and Guesty to inform pricing decisions and identify revenue opportunities.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and report on key metrics including RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy Rate, and channel performance.
  • Weekly Performance Reviews: Run weekly and monthly performance reviews and provide actionable insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with operations and guest experience teams to align pricing with guest satisfaction and unit performance.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in short-term rental revenue management (Airbnb, Vrbo, or boutique hospitality).
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and occupancy improvements.
  • Proficiency with tools such as PriceLabs, AirDNA, and Guesty.
  • Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills; ability to interpret and act on performance data.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with problem-solving.
