Our Onboarding Specialists play a vital role in delivering informative training sessions and helping new team members navigate their onboarding schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training to front-line CS & Sales staff
  • Support multiple classes of new team members from initial onboarding through ramp period
  • Coach new team members on sales strategy and process adherence
  • Conduct exercises and activities enhancing the learning process

Requirements:

  • 2+ years building content and facilitating training in a multi-site sales organization
  • 2+ years progressive responsibility in Enablement, L&D or Training roles in a high-growth B2B SaaS organization
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
