About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance and Administration Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing logistics, and providing administrative support under the Aawaz II programme.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management:
    • Manage all financial transactions, including payments, tax deductions, salaries, and budget reviews.
    • Prepare and submit monthly financial projections in coordination with the programme and finance teams.
    • Reconcile daily, monthly, and yearly transactions.
  • Logistic Support:
    • Arrange and manage travel for the project team according to travel policy, fulfilling all necessary requirements.
    • Provide logistical support for project activities, including selecting cost-effective, accessible venues for capacity building sessions, booking rooms, and handling reimbursements.
  • Procurement and Inventory:
    • Ensure procurements adhere to policy, covering services like printing, consulting, travel, and hotel services.
    • Manage inventory of equipment, furniture, and other items.
    • Conduct regular physical verifications and update inventory reports.
  • Human Resources:
    • Hire project staff following recruitment policies.
    • Maintain and update personnel files.
    • Facilitate performance evaluations and monitor staff timesheets and leave status.
  • Safeguarding:
    • Attend safeguarding training and ensure adherence to safeguarding principles, including signing the safeguarding code of conduct.
