Export Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Export Manager to oversee our export operations. If you possess a passion for strategic market expansion, customer relationship building, and regulatory compliance, we would like to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Identify new markets through thorough research and participate in international healthcare/medical device exhibitions to expand our global presence.
  • Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure timely attestation of export documents and adherence to trade regulations.
  • Export Documentation: Manage the preparation of export documents to ensure compliance with customer regulatory requirements.
  • Logistical Operations: Efficiently handle DHL and FedEx accounts to optimize logistical operations and ensure smooth export processes.
  • Cold Emailing Strategies: Contribute to strategies to identify and acquire new customers through cold emailing, leading to business development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field from a recognized university.
  • At least 4 years of experience in an export position.
