Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated B2B Lead Acquisition Expert to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify, attract, and engage potential clients through LinkedIn.

Your role will involve using advanced LinkedIn tools to research, target, and connect with potential clients, and collaborating with our marketing team to share valuable content that engages prospects. You will also leverage LinkedIn ads, InMails, and organic posts to boost lead engagement, and track progress using CRM tools to ensure consistent follow-ups and conversions.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement LinkedIn-based lead generation campaigns tailored to B2B IT markets.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders such as CTOs, CIOs, and other decision-makers.
  • Use advanced LinkedIn tools (e.g., Sales Navigator) to research, target, and connect with potential clients.
  • Send personalized and professional connection requests and follow-up messages to nurture leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to share valuable content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies) that engages prospects.
  • Leverage LinkedIn ads, InMails, and organic posts to boost lead engagement.
  • Data Management:
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive database of leads and contacts.
  • Track progress using CRM tools to ensure consistent follow-ups and conversions.
  • Performance Optimization:
  • Monitor the effectiveness of lead-generation campaigns and suggest improvements.
  • Analyze key metrics (response rate, connection rate, lead quality) to optimize outreach.
  • Market Research:
