Job Title:

A Process Optimization Specialist role is available in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end process mapping across departments using tools like Visio/Lucidchart to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct time & motion studies and FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) analysis for workforce planning and operational efficiency.
  • Draft and standardize SOPs aligned with regulatory/compliance standards such as HIPAA.
  • Develop visual guides, manuals, and onboarding documentation to support new employees.
  • Maintain a centralized SOP repository and enforce process governance to ensure consistency and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management.
  • 2–3 years' experience in a Process/Operations Analyst role preferably in BPO, healthcare outsourcing, or medical billing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Visio, Lucidchart.
  • Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) or Business Process Modeling certification.

Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze complex data sets, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for this role.
