
Talent Management Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Talent Management Specialist to support and contribute to the design, plan, and delivery of our Total Rewards programs. The successful candidate will manage all employee recognition and wellness modules in line with global best practices.
The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end planning and execution of compensation programs, demonstrated knowledge of incentive and benefit plans, and excellent analytical skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Designing complex compensation programs resulting in significant and long-term changes to our company's compensation offerings and policies ensuring optimal budget utilization.
- Evolving total rewards in an ultra-competitive talent landscape and enabling us to lead with changing workplace dynamics.
- Drives resolution of rewards-related queries and makes recommendations for optimal solutions in complex situations.
- Administers and maintains market pricing tools and relevant data. Participates in market remuneration surveys and serves as the focal point for our company.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders and collects feedback for Total Rewards-driven initiatives.
- Reviews and brings improvements to our Deodar Recognition framework and develops innovative programs aligned with global practices.
- Executes and manages the Deodar Wellness Framework as aligned with our values to ensure effective people engagement across the organization.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Experience in end-to-end planning and execution of compensation programs
- Demonstrated knowledge of incentive and benefit plans
- Excellent analytical skills
- Effective articulation skills
