Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the design, planning, and delivery of our Total Rewards programs. The successful candidate will oversee employee recognition and wellness modules, ensuring alignment with global best practices to foster a culture of celebration.

The purpose of this role is to maintain market competitive data through salary and benefit surveys, evaluating survey effectiveness, and analyzing company compensation against market data. The candidate will also develop a strong understanding of our policy framework, focusing on creating, updating, communicating, and raising awareness of policies within the organization.

  • Designing Complex Compensation Programs: Develop and implement effective compensation strategies that lead to significant and long-term changes in company offerings and policies.
  • Updating Total Rewards Strategies: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adjust our total rewards strategy to remain competitive in a dynamic talent landscape.
  • Resolving Rewards-Related Queries: Provide expert recommendations for complex situations and resolve rewards-related queries from employees.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 7+ Years of Relevant Experience: Proven experience in planning and executing compensation programs end-to-end.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Discipline: A degree in a relevant field such as business, human resources, or finance.
  • Knowledge of Incentive and Benefit Plans: Understanding of incentive and benefit plans, including their design, implementation, and administration.
