Job Title: Talent Acquisition Professional

Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Professional will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's workforce by leading the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies. This dynamic individual will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment plans aligned with the company's overall strategic objectives.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, employees, and external partners to identify talent needs and opportunities.
  3. Source, attract, select, and hire top performers through various channels, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal mobility initiatives.
  4. Collaborate with HR business partners to develop and deliver tailored recruitment solutions that meet the evolving needs of the organization.
  5. Design and implement engaging employer branding campaigns to showcase the company's unique culture, values, and mission.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
  7. Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source of hire, and quality of hire.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven recruitment strategies that meet or exceed business objectives.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
