About the Role:

We're launching an innovative inverter product, and we need a dynamic sales professional to drive market traction.

  • This is a foundational role for someone who thrives in a builder's mindset and already has industry contacts or a client portfolio.

The ideal candidate will lead direct and B2B sales of our new inverter product, leverage existing relationships to generate leads, develop sales channels and distribution strategies, and work closely with the founder on sales goals, pricing, and customer success.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive early market traction through effective sales strategies.
  • Leverage existing relationships to generate leads and secure orders.
  • Develop sales channels and distribution strategies to expand the market presence.
  • Attend client meetings, demos, and site visits to build strong relationships.
  • Work closely with the founder on sales goals, pricing, and customer success to ensure alignment.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales or business development experience in energy, solar, electrical, or inverter products.
  • Proven client network in industrial/commercial or retail sectors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
