Job Title: Operations Associate

As a key member of our residential team, the Operations Associate plays a vital role in ensuring seamless coordination of administrative and logistical tasks related to hostel management.

The primary responsibilities include managing student room allotments on Zambeel, handling hostel-related administrative tasks, and coordinating with relevant departments to guarantee compliance with housing policies and procedures.

This role involves addressing hostel-related queries and concerns from students and non-students, collaborating with various departments to resolve issues, and providing support in addressing general inquiries to ensure smooth functioning.

The Operations Associate will collaborate with all departments across LUMS to facilitate event-related accommodations, conduct routine inspections to maintain quality and safety of facilities, and ensure the seamless operation of residential facilities and services.

To excel in this role, strong organizational and multitasking abilities are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office, experience with SAP systems for procurement and financial operations, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Our ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in administrative or operational roles, preferably in a residential or educational environment, and a Bachelor's degree in Management or a relevant field.

They will work collaboratively with different departments and teams, demonstrate professionalism in handling student concerns, and maintain housing discipline.
