As an Executive Learning and Development professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping talent capabilities by designing, delivering, and evaluating impactful learning experiences.

  • Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for development within the organization.">
  • Collaborate with department heads to determine specific training requirements for their teams.">
  • Design and deliver effective training programs, including workshops, e-learning modules, seminars, and on-the-job training.">
  • Facilitate workshops, onboarding sessions, and skills development initiatives.">
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.">
  • Support organizational development strategies to improve employee engagement and performance.">
  • Develop employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive work environment.">
  • Ensure training programs comply with relevant laws and regulations.">
  • Maintain accurate training records and prepare reports.">
  • Integrate learning data into the HRIS platform to support performance reviews and succession planning.">
Education & Certification:">
  • ">
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources/Production Engineering, or a related field.">
  • Professional certifications in HR or Learning & Development are desirable.">
  • Industrial Engineer with expertise in human capital development and technical training would be preferred.">
Experience:">
  • ">
  • 2-3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably within a structured HR environment.">
  • Proven track record in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs across diverse business functions.">
  • Experience in managing training databases and integrating learning data into HRIS platforms.">
Technical Proficiency:">

  • Strong command of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and HRIS tools.">
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite for training content and reporting.">
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms, instructional design tools, and digital content creation.">
