- 2-3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably within a structured HR environment.">
- Proven track record in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs across diverse business functions.">
- Experience in managing training databases and integrating learning data into HRIS platforms.">

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite for training content and reporting.">
