This full-time, on-site Administrative Operations Specialist position is ideal for a motivated individual with strong administrative skills who can help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including filing, printing, and scanning
- Manage office supplies and ensure workspaces are well-organised
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining office calendars
- Perform other tasks as required to support office functionality
Skills and Qualifications
- Intermediate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Polite, presentable, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
Benefits
