Equipment Maintenance Specialist

The Equipment Maintenance Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the timely delivery of equipment to meet operational demands. This position is responsible for enhancing maintenance-related non-productive time ratios of product line assets within the maintenance base and improving maintenance efficiency and personnel productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain assigned equipment according to the pertinent maintenance program and adhere to the reliability-centered maintenance strategy through computerized maintenance management system and standard work.
  • Adhere to transactional discipline within technology lifecycle management business systems to record materials and supplies, labor costs, and equipment maintenance performance history.
  • Comply with TLM product line standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and plans within the MB to enhance asset utilization and cost of service delivery.
  • Support efforts to improve asset turnaround time by reducing downtime due to maintenance, parts, repair authorization numbers, failures, and work-in-process.
  • Implement CoSD projects, such as planned repair and reuse of parts.
  • Participate in failure investigations as assigned.

Required Skills: 3-5 years experience in a similar role. Knowledge in frac equipment, engines, hydraulics, transmission, mechanical equipment, generators, motors.
