HQ Technician

This is a challenging role that requires the right individual to take ownership of medical and non-medical equipment at headquarters and on-site. As a skilled HQ Technician, you will play a vital part in maintaining the security and functionality of these assets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the security of all properties, including both medical and non-medical equipment.
  • Securing medical and non-medical equipment during trailer transportation to new locations, in coordination with staff and managers.
  • Accompanying mobile clinics during moves to ensure that all units arrive without technical issues and assist in the setup of non-medical equipment at new sites.
  • Providing ongoing technical support to mobile clinics, addressing any challenges related to medical or non-medical equipment.
  • Performing both minor and major repairs on equipment and managing scheduled services for generators and other equipment inside and outside of trailers.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A technical background or certification in equipment installation and maintenance.
  • Experience with medical equipment is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of industry standards for equipment installation is preferred.
