Job Overview:

The primary responsibility of this role is to perform maintenance and repair tasks on downhole tools. The R&M Specialist will be responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as upgrading and retrofitting tools using company guidelines and technical work instructions.

This role involves working with a variety of equipment, including mills, stabilizers, and wash pipes. The specialist will need to have strong technical knowledge and be able to troubleshoot issues efficiently.

As the senior R&M Specialist, the employee will also lead and oversee these tasks carried out by other R&M employees, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on downhole tools
  • Upgrade and retrofit existing tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Carry out troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve issues
  • Lead and supervise other R&M employees to ensure successful completion of tasks
