ICT Program Director Job Description

This role entails leading several projects in the cloud software services domain, focusing on scope, time, costs, and quality.

You will ensure that contracts for products and/or services are delivered to the satisfaction of the customer, project sponsor, and stakeholders.

To succeed, you will record details, clarify project scope, secure necessary resources, and plan and monitor activities.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Build strong relationships with customers at a senior level, including regular visits to their sites to increase trust.
  2. Manage operational relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction through meetings and events.
  3. Be responsible for contract fulfillment, establishing program organization, clarifying scope, and securing vital resources at appropriate costs.
  4. Ensure delivery compliance with contractual and business case requirements.
  5. Manage program scope and change requests meticulously, assessing impacts, obtaining proper approvals, and documenting changes for transparency and audit readiness.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience leading large-scale systems integration programs with tight deadlines, involving multiple vendors and subcontractors.
  • ICT and BSS proficiency, with a proven track record in operator transformation programs and projects.
  • More than 10 years of experience in the ICT sector.
  • Domain and technology expertise in BSS, OSS, and related fields.
  • Experience with Ericsson Charging, Billing, Mediation, vNF, cNF implementations.
  • PMI project manager certification (PMP).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a good understanding of business and customer needs.
  • Professional attitude with strong prioritization, time management, and results delivery skills.
  • High interpersonal skills and a good team player.
