We are looking for highly motivated, results-driven Telesales Representatives to join our growing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for making high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers and selling telecom solutions to SMBs across the U.S.

Responsibilities:
  • Sell telecom solutions, clearly communicating features and benefits
  • Understand customer needs and pitch appropriate packages
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Handle objections confidently and close deals efficiently
  • Maintain accurate call and sales records in CRM systems/Sales Pipeline Sheets
  • Follow compliance and quality standards during every call

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of outbound telesales experience targeting U.S. customers
  • Exceptional command of spoken English—neutral or American accent preferred
  • Strong selling, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
  • Proven success in closing sales over the phone
  • Familiarity with telecom products and services
