We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Specialist to spearhead our expansion efforts. The ideal candidate should possess 2-3 years of experience in client acquisition, business development roles, with a strong ability to identify new markets and drive revenue growth.
This role requires the incumbent to pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach. A robust pipeline of qualified leads must be developed and converted into clients through effective relationship building and solution presentation.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for conducting client meetings to understand requirements and presenting tailored solutions. Additionally, they will monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product enhancements and improve overall offerings.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- A go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
