Product Manager - Order Management & Customer Satisfaction

We are seeking a highly skilled product manager to lead the development and implementation of self-service features for order management and customer satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our customer service teams to ensure alignment between automated solutions and human support.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying pain points and opportunities in the post-order experience through customer feedback, data analysis, and market research. You will also define and continuously manage the product roadmap to align with stakeholder expectations.

To succeed in this position, you will need strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making. You should have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as demonstrated leadership ability and experience leading teams. A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a customer-centric mindset is essential.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in e-commerce. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills are also necessary, as well as experience working in agile development environments.
