
Business Growth Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our sales operations in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in heavy machinery sales, strong market knowledge, and the ability to drive results through effective team management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage sales deals across Pakistan.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed annual sales targets in Pakistan.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate high-value contracts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in heavy machinery within the Pakistan market.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills.
- Valid driving license is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Willingness to travel within Pakistan.
