Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Geographic Business Leader to spearhead our sales efforts and drive growth in new markets.

This role requires a strong network of architects, builders, contractors, and original equipment manufacturers (OEM).

Key Responsibilities:
  1. BUILD A STRONG DISTRIBUTOR NETWORK BY ESTABLISHING NEW RELATIONSHIPS AND EXPANDING EXISTING ONES.
  2. MULTI-TASK AS MANAGER OF DIRECT REPORTS TO DELIVER PRESCRIBED SALES GOALS.
  3. NURTURE KEY CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS AND ACTIVELY SEEK OUT NEW OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH.
  4. ACHIEVE TARGETS IN TERMS OF COVERAGE, SALES, AND NUMERIC DISTRIBUTION.
Requirements
  • LEADERSHIP SKILLS ARE REQUIRED TO MANAGE A SALES TEAM EFFECTIVELY.
  • A VARIETY OF PERSONALITY TRAITS ARE NEEDED INCLUDING A STRONG DRIVE, MINDSET OF CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT, RESULTS-ORIENTED APPROACH, AND ABILITY TO HOLD PEOPLE ACCOUNTABLE.
  • STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE ESSENTIAL TO INFLUENCE BOTH INTERNALLY AND EXTERNALLY.
  • MINIMUM 10 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN BUILDING MATERIAL/FURNITURE SALES/BUILDING MATERIAL SALES IS REQUIRED.
  • FAMILIARITY WITH PAN PAKISTAN IS ALSO DESIRABLE.
  • ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND APPOINT NEW DISTRIBUTORS IS ALSO EXPECTED.
