As a pivotal figure in our Sales and Distribution division, the Alternate Channel Manager will play a vital role in driving business growth through digital channels. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing strategies that expand our reach into new markets and strengthen existing relationships with partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets and targets for alternate channel partners
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions and stay ahead of competitors
  • Manage partner relationships, including financial aspects, system integrations, and ensuring seamless connectivity
  • Assist in preparing business reports, presentations, and other materials as required
  • Bid management, commission calculation and regular reconciliation, float level tracking and daily bundle price update activity at night coordination with PD team
  • Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure smooth operations and timely tax submissions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of digital channel concepts and management
