You will be responsible for:

  1. Leading a team of professionals in managing HR Technology Service Desk operations, including performance, reward, and VoC analysis.
  2. Managing service disruptions, collaborating with stakeholders and vendors to resolve issues effectively.
  3. Ensuring the successful implementation of Core HR system and HR Connect projects, driving continuous improvement.
  4. Facilitating the translation of business requirements into system requirements, enabling seamless project progression.
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define Core HR requirements, design, and implementation plans.
  6. Staying up-to-date with latest developments in Success Factors Core HR system, leveraging knowledge to drive innovation.
  7. Conducting thorough Change Impact assessments to ensure minimal disruption to HR processes.
  8. Coordinating solution delivery across the development lifecycle, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
  9. Contributing to testing streams, guaranteeing high-quality assurance and adherence to IT standards.
  10. Maintaining and upgrading system capabilities, incorporating new features and enhancements.
  11. Providing proactive support for incident and problem management, fostering collaborative relationships.
