Our ideal candidate will lead the finance and accounting team to review and optimize policies, procedures and systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Financial Management
  • Preparing financial analysis and reports, and providing guidance to operating staff on issues to minimize risk and improve financial outcome.
  • Managing cash flow, forecasting and corporate relationships.
  • Reviewing and updating internal control systems, managing and overseeing internal audits for compliance with policies and standards.
  • Preventing and correcting fraudulent activities (forensic accounting).
  • Managing payroll function ensuring confidentiality controls.

They must have a Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, CA, ACCA or equivalent, and at least 5 years' accounting and financial management experience. Expertise in accounting standards, taxation, budgeting, financial reporting, cash management and banking is required. Excellent communication, analytical, leadership and mentoring skills are also essential.
