Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, overseeing accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring tax compliance, and supporting the finance team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting, proficiency in accounting software and Excel, and excellent analytical and communication skills.

  • Maintain accurate financial records.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Ensure tax compliance.
  • Verify invoices for accuracy.
  • Reconcile accounts to the general ledger.
  • Communicate with clients regarding transactions.
  • Handle account queries and provide support to the finance team.
  • Prepare financial reports as required.
Required Qualifications:

Education: Master's degree in Accounting (MCom) / ACCA / Qualified Accountant (Preferred)

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software

Strong analytical and observation skills

Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
