Finance Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive finance system, creating financial budgets, and preparing accurate financial reports.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a robust finance system, including procedures and supporting documents.
  2. Create financial budgets for the entire organization, assisting top management in making informed financial decisions.
  3. Prepare accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  4. Conduct account reconciliations, including inter-company accounts and complex bank accounts.
  5. Highlight potential issues affecting expenses, balances, or cash flow to management.
  6. Lead general accounting functions, including operating the general ledger system, journal entries, and month-end close work.
  7. Finalize salaries of staff and present the salary sheet to management for approval.
  8. Perform cost-benefit analysis of production orders to assess company profitability against each order.
  9. Verify and approve invoices received from vendors.
  10. Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to project future revenues and expenses or provide advice.
  11. Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping.
  12. Advise management on resource utilization, tax strategies, and budget forecast assumptions.
  13. Work as an internal financial auditor.
  14. Assist with other tasks related to accounts assigned by top management.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
  2. 5-6 years of experience in finance or a related field.
  3. Analytical and managerial skills, clear and meaningful communication skills.
